Hi, I'm passionate about photography and dedicated to preserving family memories for generations.

My journey began in childhood, inspired by my grandmother's love for travel and photography. Though our early attempts were simple, it sparked a lifelong fascination.

As my father embraced the craft, I found myself captivated by professional cameras and their intricate mechanics. Observing his growth fueled my aspiration to explore this art form myself.

In high school, I took my first photography course and fell in love with the process of capturing moments on black and white film. Learning to develop and print my own images was exhilarating—it ignited my passion.

Photography can be an expensive pursuit, but when DSLRs became accessible, I eagerly dove in. Since 2003, I've cherished the opportunity to capture life's fleeting moments across diverse settings, including events and intimate family gatherings.

In 2011, our family faced a profound challenge when our daughter was diagnosed with osteosarcoma. The following two years were filled with treatments and heartache, and in 2013, we experienced a profound loss that changed my life.

The grief made it difficult to capture the joy of others’ families, so I stepped away from photography for a time, sharing my experience to support others in their struggles.

After a two-year hiatus, I began focusing on headshots and modeling in Atlanta but eventually returned to what I love most—family photography.

In 2021, we relocated to Marshfield, Missouri, where I found a wonderful community filled with love and support.

Life may not be perfect, but it is indeed beautiful. My focus is on capturing stories and love, and I find immense joy in being behind the camera, creating lasting memories.
